As the Technical Support Engineer / Technical Support Assistant you must have a desire to learn and adapt to a small business environment and be willing to put in the time and effort to learn about the solutions supported by their in-house training.
Responsibilities:
* Tasked to assist and help handle both client software/hardware support queries.
* Provide in-house IT support requirements on a full-time basis.
* Involvement in development of their products.
* Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Key Skills:
* Experience of working within a network/IT field
* Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Servers etc
* Confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent problem-solving abilities/ Good fault diagnosis skills
* Technical Support Engineer with IT networks knowledge (TCP/IP)
