Job Description
Provide a comprehensive support service in implementing, developing, maintaining, controlling and operating the Northgate Revenues, Benefits computer system along with the Civica Electronic Document Management and Workflow System, and the Corporate Arrears Recovery System.
Process the Council’s payment and collection files via BACS software.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This post requires a Disclosure Scotland Check. A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of this check being deemed satisfactory.
This post is subject to the Baseline Personnel Security Standards (BPSS) checks. This check includes Right to Work in the UK, Verification of Identity, a Basic Disclosure Scotland Check and verification of 3 years Employment History.
