At our depot we will make over 1,500 deliveries to our customers each week, we have a number of teams who work together to deliver service excellence to our customers every day. Bidfood is one of the largest foodservice wholesalers in the UK - we supply fresh, frozen, ambient and non-food related products to customers in a wide range of sectors including local authorities, hospitals, education, hotels, pubs and restaurant chains. The role
The Customer Services Advisor is a key role, focusing on providing effective, timely and high quality services to all our customers. You will handle and resolve a wide range of customer services issues mainly via inbound calls, but also through emails, using your excellent judgement and communication skills and your passion for excellent service. Not only that, but you will seek to implement improvements to communication and processes to raise standards even further.
The role will cover 38 hours per week covering Tuesday to Saturday working.
Bank holiday working will be required when required.
