We are seeking a skilledFacilities Managerto oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple UK-based premises. In this role, youll ensure all facilities operate effectively, support the workforce, and align with organisational values. Key Responsibilities
1. Facilities Operations: Manage hard and soft services, including building maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, and space management.
2. Contractor Management: Appoint, coordinate, and oversee contractors, ensuring service levels are met and projects are completed to high standards.
3. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure premises comply with legislation, oversee health and safety inductions, and maintain training and assessment matrices.
