This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead project budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes. Oversee contract management and administration, including JCT and NEC contracts. Manage subcontractor performance and maintain strong client relationships. Play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects Qualifications: Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. Expertise in JCT/NEC contracts and cost forecasting. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of post-degree experience.
