Hybrid Recruit are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller for a client based in Castleford.
The Credit Controller will be responsible for reducing the debt owed to the company through customer contact, working with all areas of the business to facilitate query resolution and ensuring timely collection of monies owed.
Responsibilities of the Credit Controller:
1. Ensure timely collection of debt
2. Investigating and resolving any queries internally and externally
3. Day to day management of the Credit Control Inbox
4. Forecasting cash in dates to facilitate cashflow
5. Update & maintain ledgers accurately
6. Maintaining customer master data
7. Customer account set ups & credit check reports
8. Build & maintain strong relationships with customers & internal stakeholders across the group
