Reports to: Customer Service Manager St Neots

Working in tandem with our external sales team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service is maintained. You will be responsible for processing a large volume of orders, dealing with customer queries and handling complaints by phone, live chat and email.
Previous experience of dealing with customers in a service or sales role
Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and e mail
Sound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel
Willing to travel to our offices in St Neots, Derby, Liverpool and Belgium for training
IT skills to include previous working knowledge of SAP
Qualification in Business, Customer Services or IT
