About The RoleYou will be a point of contact, in addition to providing a helpdesk service to building users, ensuring an efficient Facilities Management service is provided to a key customer.
You will be working Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 13:00, 20 hours per week.
You will:
* Log building and equipment faults and provide information on progress of rectification.
* Enter and maintain data on systems as required.
* Oversee stock control and place orders for cleaning materials and consumables.
* Process invoices.
* Display applicable safety notices and ensure first aid and accident reporting is carried out correctly.
To succeed in this role you will need:
* Good working knowledge of administrative processes
* Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems
* Good organisational skills
* Good PC skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
