Sheekey,part of Caprice Restaurants. We can provide you with the foundations thatyou need to reach for the Michelin Stars.
40 hoursper week – Mon to Friday 8-4pm (for first 6 months)
(5 shifts aweek 1 day College release per week – paid)

The college wasrecognised alongside other illustrious institutions, namely the CulinaryInstitute of America in the United States, Le Cordon Bleu in France, Apicius inItaly and the Business and Hotel Management School, Switzerland.
As anApprentice Commis Chef, you will attend College one day per week and the other4 days of the week you will be an integral part of the Kitchen team, learninghow the kitchen runs, working in your section keeping it clean and tidy, andefficiently carrying out the orders and specifications set by the Chef dePartie or senior chef. You will help produce high quality dishesfrom scratch whilst maintaining the high standards and expectations of therestaurant. You will learn from highly experienced, passionate chefs, work withamazing product and be taken on apprentice ‘trips’ – to learn Butchery, tounderstand Cheese and the difference in Oysters!
Throughoutyour apprenticeship you will be working with the finest ingredients and will bementored by your Chef to develop your skills and experience. This rolecould lead into a full time Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie position at oneof Caprice’s Restaurants.
