We are looking for a Security Manager to join the team reporting to the Head of Group Security, this role leads, manages and provides subject matter expertise for all security-related & Loss Prevention matters within the designated area of responsibility.
What you’ll do
As the Security Manager you will be responsible for implementing the Group Security Strategy. Proactively and reactively assessing, managing and mitigating all security-related risks, including implementing value for money solutions to mitigate security-related threats, vulnerabilities and losses using an enterprise security risk management approach. You will own the security investigations lifecycle and follow current good practice.
Some other accountabilities of the role:
1. Investigating and escalating reported incidents to all key stakeholders as appropriate.
2. Maintaining regular and effective communication with all key stakeholders to provide subject matter input to all areas of physical security.
3. Driving the continual improvement of enterprise security risk management within the designated area of responsibility

4. Have you led a security, loss prevention, profit protection or similar team within a multi-site organisation?
5. Do you have evidence of collaborative working within an organisation, across departmental boundaries and with external agencies
6. Can demonstrate a positive approach to leading change
7. Have the ability of coaching, mentoring, development and training delivered (develops a learning environment)
8. Can communicate and influence at all levels
9. Effective report writing and presentation skills
