Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leader in the debt recovery sector. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their contact centre team in their Redditch office.
The Role of a Call Centre Agent:
Reviewing and actioning accounts accordingly at various diary statuses ensuring they are going in the correct direction.
Updating of computer records following activity on an account such as an Enforcement Agent visit, telephone call, or correspondence.
Negotiating payment arrangements following client guidelines.
Dealing with correspondence. Some standard computerised letters are available on our system; however, you will be required to compose bespoke replies.
Dealing with telephone calls from defendants, clients, debt advisory groups and third parties to resolve accounts.
Dealing with a customer or authorised third parties who attends our offices to resolve accounts.
Deal with potentially vulnerable customers and ensure we are taking the correct action depending on the client's guidelines.To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:
Customer service or contact centre experience.
Excellent communication skills - able to interact effectively at all levels.
