Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a senior Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Emergency Department and Urgent Care Therapy team.
You will take a lead role in the advanced assessment of patients, who may have complex and/or chronic presentation, to determine, therapy treatment and facilitating timely discharge planning. The post holder will also support junior staff members and students, with active involvement in service developments.
The post holder will also undertake a coordinating role in the delivery of the therapy service within their specific clinical area and wider department on a day-to-day basis and this will include the provision of a 7-day service, extended hours with shift patterns.
