Our Primary Care desk is an ever-expanding team focussing on both new and existing business in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role. This is a chance to join a team, working with CCG’s, local surgeries, Out of Hours Providers, Urgent Care Centres, HMP’s.
Salary up to £50k basic dependant on experience, coupled with a highly competitive and uncapped commission structure that includes quarterly performance bonuses with the potential of 90k+ OTE. There are regular pay reviews dependant on performance, a clear career progression plus individual and team performance based “company treats”.
- Source & develop ongoing business relationships with Candidates
- Source new clients and negotiate initial contracts
- Develop ongoing business relationships with Managers
- Fill urgent temporary cover bookings
- Working on permanent placements
- Negotiate ongoing candidate and client rates
- Liaise with Compliance Department to ensure Candidates are fully vetted
The successful Recruitment Consultant will:
- Be resilient and sales focused
- Self-motivated
- Able to multi task
- Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Have experience in recruitment
