Role overview:
Randstad is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to join a property services contractor to excel at coaching managers, providing HR advice, learning and development and support with employee queries while taking the lead in end to end management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
8. Willing to travel as required to work across multiple hub locations.
9. Support managers in implementing performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and providing coaching.
10. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with GDPR requirements.
11. Work closely with line managers to align L&D strategies with departmental goals and facilitate coaching and mentoring initiatives.
12. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
13. Analyse HR data to identify trends and make informed recommendations to management.
Experience Required:
14. Minimum 3 years experience as a HR Advisor.
15. Preferably hold CIPD membership/qualification (Level 5).
16. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
17. Confident in building and writing reports.
18. Excellent excel skills (e.g v look ups and pivot tables).
19. Full UK Driving license held for minimum 1 year.
