With over 40 years of experience, they have been at the heart of some incredible technology stories. They are looking to add a Business Development Manager to their team.
The Role of Business Development Manager
As an Apple Education Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of the latest technology to schools and academies across the country. Your role encompasses the full Apple journey with all accounts, large and small, from lead generation and pre-sales consultancy to onboarding new customers and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ignite New Opportunities: Identify and pursue exciting business prospects within existing schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs).
2. Expand and Retain Accounts: Strategically grow existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities within your current client base.
3. Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in both new and existing educational institutions.
4. Collaborate for Success: Work cohesively with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver a compelling, unified message while also thriving independently.
5. Drive Revenue Growth: Manage accounts dynamically to fuel revenue generation and maximize potential.
6. Create Impactful Account Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive Account Plans that resonate with the unique needs of each client.
7. Unleash a Tailored Approach: Position a diverse array of products, services, and support solutions that cater specifically to the education landscape.
8. Excel in Service Solutions: Showcase your expertise in selling service-oriented solutions across various educational sectors, including Primary, Secondary, Local Authorities, and Multi-Academy Trusts.
9. Engage and Understand: Master account management and customer engagement to navigate the complexities of a demanding education customer base.
10. Manage with Precision: Utilize forecasting to maintain a crystal-clear view of your business pipeline.
11. Represent with Pride: Be the face of the business at local and national events, sharing your passion and vision for the future of education.
