Job Description
We are working with a well-established Legal firm who are looking for a Debt Recovery Customer Executive to work within their busy Collections and Recovery team based in Maidstone.
This role would be well suited for a person who has come from a Customer Service/ Call Centre background who is looking for a new challenge and career change.
For this Debt Recovery Customer Executive:
1. You will be a proactive, forward thinking individual with a positive attitude towards your work.
2. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and will be self-motivated and enjoy working towards goals and targets.
3. You will possess excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal and enjoy communicating to people via the telephone.
The main duties for this role will be:
4. Taking ownership and responsibility of debt recovery cases
5. You will be required to research and analyse cases, deciding what the best case of action is for each case.
6. Checking and producing documents and outgoing letters
7. You will communicate with debtors to find the most constructive solutions.
8. You will make sure all debts are collected on time.
9. For this role you will need to have at least 5 GCSE’s A* – C (including English and Mathematics), with further qualifications being desirable.
Hours: 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, You will be required to follow a shift pattern 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm on alternate weeks
In return for this you will earn a competitive salary of £19,016 with an OTE of circa £28,000
