Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person
2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
3. Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as needed
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
5. Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus, but not essential
6. A friendly, bubbly personality with a genuine passion for helping others
7. Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
9. Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 9:15 AM and 5:15 PM
10. Ability to travel to different branches in the North/Western/Eastern Suburbs of Adelaide to cover shifts
11. Ability to cover last minute shifts
