Key Responsibilities: In this pivotal position, you will be expected to:
Lead and Oversee Project Delivery: Plan, manage, and execute all site activities in line with project requirements.
Programming Works: Develop and implement detailed schedules, ensuring efficient project progression.
Health & Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to Health & Safety policies, driving a safety-first culture on-site.
Quality Control: Ensure that all works are carried out to the required specifications and standards.
Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and promote a “one-team” ethos across different divisions and subcontractors.
Financial Accountability: Take full responsibility for the project’s profit and loss, maintaining strict control of target costs and managing actual costs incurred. What Are We Looking For? The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Site Agent role, ideally within heavy civils or marine projects.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
A relevant Civil Engineering qualification (e.g., HND, Degree, or equivalent).
