This role is for an International Payroll Manager, who will be responsible for managing payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely process and procedure. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with the accounting and finance department, and will have a strategic influence within the industrial / manufacturing industry.

Description
1. Owns and manages the employee payment process in respect of salaries paid to UK employees plus overseas entities.
2. Manage the process to ensure the UK meets its statutory obligations to HMRC as required, mitigating the risk of financial penalties.
3. Ensure all pension contributions are paid and reported in accordance with legislation.
4. Work with the pension provider on implementing SMARTEnrol.
5. Payrolling Benefits - CCV, C2W, Electric vehicles and healthcare.
6. Manage NMW potential breaches on salary sacrifice schemes.
7. Processing share exercises and the Employee Share Purchase Plan
8. Liaise with ADP on National Minimum Wage checks based on worker category.
