Fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established business looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a 3-month contract in Redhill.
Job Description
1. Supporting the team to pay our supplier invoices in a timely manner.
2. Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will match supplier invoices to orders, carry out reconciliations, and resolve queries.
3. Scanning invoices and credit notes.
4. Assisting in payment runs for employee expenses.
5. Supplier liaison and query resolution.
The Successful Applicant
1. Ideally, you will have experience within a similar position and be used to working in an office environment.
2. Able to manage your workload and work unsupervised.
3. Communicate in a polite and professional manner with suppliers and internal customers.
4. Work as part of a team to achieve targets.
5. Complete tasks within set timelines.
6. May be working towards an accountancy degree.
