They are actively looking for a Communications Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

The Role
As a Communications Officer, you will work to promote the charity’s activities and successes, maximising engagement and supporting their public profile.
Specifically, you will create content for a range of digital and print communication channels, collaborating with internal teams to highlight their grants, arts, volunteering, and fundraising initiatives.
Furthermore, you will work closely with partners to build engagement with both internal and external audiences.
Additionally, you will:
- Create written, photographic and video content for social media, email and the website
- Prepare press releases and media resources
- Manage the production of marketing materials and reports
- Evaluate the impact of communications through media monitoring and analytics
About You
To be considered as a Communications Officer, you will need:
- Relevant experience in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or other media professions
- Experience producing written copy for a wide range of audiences
- Experience managing social media accounts in a professional context
- Experience using email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
- A basic understanding of performance evaluation tools, such as Google Analytics
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
