Are you an expert in building services with a talent for leading teams and overseeing operations efficiently? We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to enhance our clients team.
Your Responsibilities: As our Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in:
1. Overseeing the daily operations and management of electrical and mechanical systems.
2. Directing and coordinating staff and SSPs to ensure adherence to best practices.
3. Preparing operational reports, participating in client meetings, and addressing any issues.
4. Reviewing procedures regularly and recommending improvements for operational efficiency.
5. Maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with all regulations and contracts.
6. Leading and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and maintaining strong client relations.
What We're Looking For:
7. Extensive experience in the Building Services sector.
8. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
9. Completion of an apprenticeship.
10. Multiskilled engineer with proficiency in both electrical and mechanical systems.
11. HV Authorised Person (preferred).
12. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
13. Knowledge of Health and Safety standards (NEBOSH / IOSH is a plus).
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical abilities.
