Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging Sociology lessons to students at GCSE and A-Level, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation for the subject.
* Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards, encourage critical thinking, and prepare students for exams.
* Provide tailored support to individual students to help them reach their full potential.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
* Collaborate with school staff to maintain a positive learning environment and uphold high standards.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Proven experience teaching Sociology at GCSE and A-Level.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Sociology.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage students.
