Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities:
Process weekly and monthly payroll for multiple clients, including pension administration and reconciliation with accounts.
Handle payroll processing tasks such as downloading, checking, attaching payslips, addressing queries, seeking approvals, and posting.
Manage the payroll mailbox, responding to inquiries and posting payroll information into the accounting system when required.
Collaborate with colleagues and third parties on payroll and accounts-related matters, and assist with month-end payroll data and annual P60s.
Provide ad hoc support and handle miscellaneous tasks as requested by managers. Skills Required:
Previous experience working in an accountancy practice.
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to advance in career development.
Proficient in payroll processing with technical expertise in payroll systems.
Comfortable with new technology; experience with Bright Pay (desirable)
