About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at CFC Consult Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct and coordinate the food preparation process, ensuring efficient and effective kitchen operations.
* Cook and prepare high-quality dishes, adhering to our culinary standards and guidelines.
* Assist the Head Chef in creating menu items and recipes, and develop new dishes to enhance our culinary offerings.
* Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and food quality.
* Ensure the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and excellent customer service.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff.
* Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
