To Project a helpful, enthusiastic attitude to offer choices anticipating & identifying guest expectations, in order to ensure that their needs are met & where possible to exceed demand. To beware of the current days availability and to propose up-sell and cross-sell whenever it is possible to maximize room occupancy and hotel revenue. To present all accounts to company and agency bills with acceptable back-up. To provide to our guests with the corresponding invoice related to the payment taken. To observe all security, health and safety regulations. To be fully conversant and capable of acting in an appropriate manner during emergency situations in accordance with the hotel emergency procedures. To carry out all duties with due regard for the specifications of relevant & related legislation. To undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by senior reception staff or management. To file all new arrivals registration cards after they have been completed by the guest with their personal details, making sure we always have a contact detail. What we are looking for?
