Cygnet Group is looking for professional, ambitious & confident newly qualified (or soon to be qualified) Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) / Learning Disabilities Nurses (RNLD) to support our services UK wide.

We are based all over the United Kingdom, with over 160 services across England, Wales and Scotland.

We are looking for Preceptorship Nurses who are:
1. Open, compassionate, honest & resilient
2. Newly Qualified (or soon to be qualified) Registered Mental Health Nurse / Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse with a current valid registration
3. Capable of maintaining documentation and undertaking audits
4. Well informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & an understanding of latest nursing practices
5. Able to deputise in a clinical lead role
6. Focused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce risk
7. Helping to empower & support service user independence
8. Evidence of being a strong team player with a genuine desire to help others
9. Enthusiastic, motivated and passionate
Your Day-to-Day:
10. Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
11. Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality
12. Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing
13. Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.
14. Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines.
