This role for Commercial Director is key to the next stage of their evolution and will drive the sales strategy primarily focussed on Retail markets. The role will have a team of direct reports and as part of the SLT will have very close engagement with the Founder, Chairman and CEO.
To be successful in the role you will have:
5. A clear and demonstrable track record in multi-channel FMCG with strong sales leadership
6. Great training in a blue-chip business mixed with more recent experience in a start-up or scale up business would provide both the mix of sales sophistication and entrepreneurial drive
7. A natural belief in sustainability, purpose and an ethical approach to business is essential
8. Finally, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to be curious and creative
