Job Title: Team Leader
Job Summary:
Atlas Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Manchester - Salford Quays.
About the Role:
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in a fast-paced hotel environment. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our guests receive an exceptional experience, while also supporting the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving the Atlas Hotels purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm Atlas welcome to guests and new employees
* Ensure that Team Members are in the right place at the right time
* Take coaching and development of Team Members seriously
* Support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving the Atlas Hotels purpose

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience of leading a team in a customer service environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
