Community Integrated Care is recruiting for a talented strategic communicator to join our unique Partnerships and Communities Team. This team creates ground-breaking programmes, partnerships and campaigns that tackle inequalities and support our Best Lives Possible mission.
This is a full time, permanent post and you can be based anywhere in the North West but must be available to travel to our head office in Widnes at least once a week.

8. Creating unique sports programmes, including the Community Integrated Care Learning Disability Super League with the sport of rugby league.
9. Delivering social impact programmes for major events, including UEFA Women’s Euro, Rugby League World Cup, and World Para Swimming Championships.
10. Leading the social care campaign for Save Our Wild Isles, a partnership inspired by Sir David Attenborough’s acclaimed television series, with WWF, National Trust and RSPB.
11. Creating Developing significant policy reports, programmes and campaigns on important areas including disability hate crime, accessibility and inclusion, and political rights.
This role oversees the communications and marketing requirements for Community Integrated Care’s specialist Partnerships and Communities function. It leads the creation, implementation and growth of the team’s projects, partnerships and campaigns through delivering effective marketing and communications support at all stages of our project life cycle. This ensures that work is audience-focused and impactful, reaches the target audiences, and that the programmes generate impact and reputational and commercial benefits for Community Integrated Care. 12. Own strategic development for marketing and communications within the function, ensuring that each project has an effective Communications and Marketing strategy that meets organisational and project objectives.
13. Deliver or direct the creation of any marketing and communications resources or assets required to effectively deliver our projects, partnerships or campaigns.
14. Identify opportunities for media coverage and to develop quality content for journalists/media and partners, to drive key project outcomes and income generation.
15. Develop effective content, resources, and networking solutions which ensures that the marketing and communications strategy drives business development growth for the department.
16. Regularly review and analyse strategic opportunities to enhance partnerships and secure new partners, funders or ambassadors, to enhance the growth, sustainability and innovation of our work.
17. Manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures is in line with all projects, contractual, and organisational requirements ensuring high quality delivery within budget, on time, and in scope.

18. Degree: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or another relevant subject.
19. Strategy design: Experience designing strategies which are sensitive to the needs and perspectives of the
20. audience and represent the organisation’s brand appropriately.
21. Content Creation: Experience creating various content types (videos, press releases, social media) and working with creative teams /agencies.
22. Media Relations: Track record of generating quality media coverage, including press releases and media packs, and building relationships with journalists.
23. Partnership Development: Experience collaborating with partners, developing pitches, and aligning marketing with partnership or business development strategies.
24. Digital Marketing: Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and using analytics to optimize performance.
