Essential Experience:
Assisting senior associates and partners on cases, while managing own matters under supervision
Delivering high-quality, commercial advice to businesses and individuals
Handling a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements, and policies and procedures
Assisting on Employment Tribunal cases, including drafting ET1s, ET3s, List of Issues, and correspondence with the Tribunal
Strong client relationship management skills
Strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 degree classificationDesirable Experience:
Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE
Advising on and enforcing post-termination restrictions
Experience advising clients from various sectors
Business development, including networking
Presentation skillsKnowledge and Skills:
Ability to manage own caseload and assist others in the Employment team
Financial housekeeping
Conduct client meetings both in person and remotely
Assess legal issues, conduct research, and provide cost and scope advice
Draft documents and letters of advice
Stay up to date with law and practice developments
