Participate in teaching and delivering training packages to all CDDFT staff on moving and handling principles. Audit data collection and inputting. Work alongside the Trust's Staff Health and Wellbeing Strategy. Demonstrate professional accountability through reflection on their own practice, researching new manual handling equipment and ergonomic information to promote musculoskeletal health.
Act as the first point of contact for staff contacting the manual handling advisory service. Involvement with new equipment procurement and assessment.
