The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to join our Belfast Banking/Finance team on a part-time basis. As a PA in A&L Goodbody, you will provide essential administrative support to Partners/Fee Earners working in the Banking Team, contributing to the successful delivery of our services to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in complex and high-profile matters, working with an international client base.
Your responsibilities as a PA in the Banking team will include:
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to Fee Earners, including preparing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations;
* Onboarding all new clients whilst adhering to the Firms compliance procedures;
* Managing diaries and scheduling meetings using Microsoft Outlook;
* Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations and conferences;
* Handling invoicing and follow-ups on outstanding invoices;
* Maintaining filing systems and updating the document management system.
* Assisting with ISO, Health & Safety, Fire Warden tasks & duties;
* Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements;
* Proactive support across other departments as required.
Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual who is committed to delivering high-quality support to our team.
Essential
* Experience working as a PA in a professional services environment;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
* Experience using digital dictation software such as BigHand;
* Familiarity with document management systems.
* Knowledge of workplace Health & Safety and Fire Evacuation procedures.
Part-time working arrangements: The successful candidate will work 2-3 days per week and will be required to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
