This is a temporary role with an initial duration of 3-6 months, with the potential for extension based on your performance and internal circumstances.
Responsibilities:
1. Senior Service Manager role is a key support in delivering statutory duties.
2. Support operational service to deliver key duties of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act.
3. Challenge and support practice, ensuring quality and assurance activity across the service.
4. Lead by example, support staff with line management duties, and ensure performance improvements are embedded and impactful.
5. Looking for candidates with transformation experience.
6. Must have strong leadership/management skills.
7. Must have Mental Health experience as this role is supporting their MH front line team.
Preferred Experience:
1. Service Management: Previous experience in a similar role within the UK Social Care industry.
2. Team Environment: Thrive in a well-structured, organized team environment.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a comparable UK role.
2. Clearance: Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can assist with obtaining this).
3. Eligibility: Right to work in the UK.
4. Qualifications: DipSW/CQSW or equivalent, plus SWE qualification.
