Job Title: Remote Recruitment Officer (Domiciliary Care)
Location: Remote - London Based (with flexibility to come into the office as needed)
Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Reports To: Director
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Recruitment Officer to join their team and manage the recruitment process for the Domiciliary Care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, checking in applicants, conducting interviews, setting up applicants on the system, screening documentation, and submitting applications. This role requires experience with recruitment softwares and familiarity with nursing placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Applicant Check-in: Manage initial applicant interactions, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews with applicants to assess their suitability for various roles within our Domiciliary Care services.
System Setup: Set up applicants on the recruitment system, guiding them through the application form completion process.
Documentation Screening: Screen applicant documentation meticulously to ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
Submission: Submit completed applications and documentation for final review and processing.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Flexibility: Work from home with the flexibility to come into the office when required by the company.
Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with applicants and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using recruitment software and other related technology.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues that arise during the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Domiciliary Care or healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in using recruitment softwares.
- Experience with nursing placements is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
