The ideal candidate will be a marketing expert driven by design and values, capable of bringing the development’s vision to life through compelling storytelling. A passion for brand creation and a deep understanding of the emotional connection to the space are key to success in this role. The project's primary aim is to deliver something truly innovative, and the team is looking for someone who is inspired by architecture and design. Given the target audience of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and high-profile clients, prior experience in this space is highly beneficial. You should have significant experience in prime residential real estate, luxury hospitality, or destination attractions. Strong expertise in developing brand narratives and successfully executing high-profile projects is essential, along with a track record of promoting premium venues. You will report directly to the Group Managing Director, working closely with the on-site development and delivery teams to guide the brand vision and strategy. Key Requirements: A degree in a relevant field, ideally with an arts/design focus 5 years of experience in marketing and brand development Strong background in luxury property development, high-end hotels, or world-class destination attractions Passionate about brand storytelling and bringing a brand's vision to life Experience in coordinating corporate events Proven success in marketing premium venues Deep interest in architecture and high-end design Comfortable working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and VIP clientele Experience creating and executing brand- and values-driven marketing strategies Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions Expertise in digital marketing and social media Experience managing both internal teams and external agencies
