We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. Reporting to the Employee Relations Specialist, this role offers the opportunity to provide expert advice and guidance on all HR-related matters, enabling managers to handle people management effectively while driving organisational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert advice and guidance on Employee Relations (ER) matters, supporting managers in developing their capability.
Use management information and trend analysis to identify and address performance-related issues.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and procedures, applying them consistently across the organisation.
Provide support for organisational changes, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and redundancy processes.
Prepare and manage documentation for Employment Tribunal cases, providing technical support where necessary.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other team members to implement organisational initiatives and priorities.
Coach and advise managers in handling ER issues, such as dismissals, appeals, and grievances, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills.
Identify training needs and work with the Learning and Development team to upskill managers on managing performance and risk effectively.
