Job Description
Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by a Public Sector client to recruit an experience Procurement Partner. Your role will mean you are responsible for the planning, procurement, coordination and resourcing of frameworks. This will include ongoing management of products and working with internal teams to help market the products and train members so that we maximise their use and knowledge. You will be responsible for managing a small Procurement Team to deliver frameworks and dynamic models and provide guidance and expertise to customers. You’ll help develop, motivate and create a learning environment to support the team to meet their development objectives.
Experience Required:
* Public sector procurement experience with an understanding of PCR 2015 and an awareness of the new Procurement Act 2023.
* Experience procuring and managing the delivery of frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems.
* Implement framework/product management and reporting processes to understand the effectiveness of framework products
* Develop, motivate and create a learning environment to support the team to meet their development objectives.
* CIPS Level 4 +
* Excellent stakeholder management skills including influencing skills
* Proficient user of a range of Microsoft IT packages including Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Ability to use a range of electronic tendering platforms
