About the Role: - Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs. - Assist students with academic tasks, study skills, and accessing resources. - Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure students' individual needs are met. - Contribute to the development and implementation of support plans and strategies. - Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
