Job summary
Our Medical Secretary will provide high quality secretarial, administrative and clerical support to Consultant Rheumatologists, maintaining departmental and Trust standards in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
They will help and support the Admin Team Co-ordinator to undertake change management. They will ensure patients are treated with courtesy, dignity and respect.
Main duties of the job

6. To ensure relevant training is completed in order to use Trust IT computer systems

9. To provide cover for the medical secretaries and other members of the secretarial and administration team as required
