Responsibilities
:
1. Self-originate new, multi-product and multi-country clients for CCB UK, and manage those relationship on an ongoing basis.
2. Strategically engage with client's C-suite and maximise 'One Citi' client experience, by proactively leveraging and sharing Citi's market leading insights, global network and solutions.
3. "Be the Best" for our clients' by understanding and delivering on clients' holistic treasury and strategic agenda. Be responsible for Client-level planning, budget and revenue responsibilities. Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet;
4. Administrate the credit relationship of clients, coordinate and supervise the entire process, ensuring the proper application of policies and institutional processes. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank.
5. Collaborate and work closely with various product teams (cash sales, trade finance, markets, corporate finance), Underwriting / Risk teams, junior bankers on a daily basis, other CCB structures across the globe and BCMA teams to develop opportunities;
6. Develop and build strong relationships & engagement with key business introducers - debt advisors, corporate finance, legal, audit, industry associations and other key industry influencers. Build advocacy and gain market insight. Visible advocate of the CCB UK franchise in the external market.
7. Monitor and support products' implementation processes, clients on-boarding process and manage sales CRM platform;
8. Ensurepliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies / guidelines at all time. Verify adherence to global KYC (Know Your Customer) standards during the onboarding process and, on an ongoing basis, ensuring the appropriatepliance deliverables are met;
9. Team player who demonstrates strong and visible leadership skills, fosters a collaborative culture and promotes the coaching & development of other colleagues across themercial Banking team.
Education Level
10. Extensive previous experience in the field of banking, relationship management, credit;
11. Graduate / Master's degree.
