Role: Band-6 Mental Health Practitioner ...
Hours: 37 hours per week (Part-time options available)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 Weeks
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexibility on days)
Location: Tameside
What You'll Do:
1. Carry out assessments and manage appointment priorities
2. Respond to urgent mental health needs with prompt evaluations
3. Create and follow up on management plans, including referrals to specialists
4. Provide brief crisis interventions and ongoing support
5. Offer short-term psychological help for mental health issues
