OTE £35,814 PA including tronc - based on full time, 45 hours per week.

We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at THE PIG - in the South Downs.
As our Duty Manager you will be responsible for encouraging effective communication and organisation across all departments, liaising with the Hotel Director & Deputy General Manager on all aspects of the hotel operation whilst demonstrating a positive attitude in all that you do. We require someone who thrives from working within a team environment but equally happy to work alone to complete all tasks within a consistent and timely manner. This involves all health and safety compliance, including fire prevention, providing a confident approach towards the safeguarding of the hotel.
We are seeking someone who has a strong background in food & beverage operations. Knowledge and experience in rooms, revenue & reservations is highly beneficial.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a hospitality management role and a strong understanding of food & beverage operations. Previous exposure and demonstrable skills using OPERA, Fidelio desired.
