In this role, you'll play a key part in integrating Power Amplifiers (PA’s), interstage matching networks, and integrated filters on a Multi-Chip Module. Your responsibilities will include RF circuit design, running simulations, and utilising 3D sim tools for layout simulations.
Responsibilities as the RF PA Designer:
1. Collaborate with internal and external IC design teams on integrated digital tunable capacitors, Power Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers, RF switches, RF couplers, etc.
2. Integrate Power Amplifier design blocks on multi-chip modules, ensuring low loss and high performance.
3. Develop interstage matching networks and optimise layouts and integrated passives.
4. Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative start/scale-up environment.
5. Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional team members.
6. Document and share results and other work.
Requirements for the RF PA Designer:
7. Significant experience in specifying and integrating multi-band Power Amplifiers and designing matching networks.
