About the Role
This is a role for an enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated team player who wants to deliver exceptional administrative support to the Exam Access Arrangements Team and our students.
The role of the Access Arrangements Coordinator (Administrative post) is to assist the College Educational Psychologist and Access Arrangements Assessors in implementing and tracking all Exam Access Arrangements (EAA) Assessments. You will book appointments and update databases, whilst co-ordinating the completion of paperwork for all students who are eligible for exam access arrangements and ensuring the required evidence is up to date. In addition, you will apply to exam boards for EAA for all assessments including GCSEs, A levels, Cambridge Technical, BTECs, Functional Skills and T Levels whilst ensuring that JCQ deadlines are met.Integral to the role is building good relationships and working closely with the Additional Learning Support Lead Team, Teachers, Curriculum Teams, Administrative Staff, and the College Exams Officer in support of our students, to make sure that all needs are met and to ensure that all appropriate exam access arrangements for public and internal examinations are in place.Responsibilities You will be responsible ...
