Job Title: Area Event Sales Executive

Salary: £28,000 + Commission
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Event Sales Executive to join our team, managing event bookings across multiple venues in North Wales. This role offers a hybrid working setup, with some travel required between locations. You’ll play a key role in generating new business, building client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of various events, including weddings, celebrations, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to secure new event bookings.
* Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client connections to drive repeat business.
* Event Coordination: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
* Area Coverage: Manage event bookings and activities across multiple venues in the North Wales area, with travel as required.
* Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote venues through targeted campaigns.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor sales activity and provide regular updates on progress and opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in sales, ideally in events, hospitality, or a similar industry.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Knowledge of the local market and event trends is a plus.
