The Role
Senior Proposition Manager (12-16 month FTC)
We are recruiting for a Proposition Manager on a fixed-term contract to help support our ambitious growth agenda. Our five year business strategy calls for profitable revenue diversification as well as strong growth in extending our existing propositions
You will be joining our Proposition & Innovation team which is built on commercial, strategic and project management capability. This team reaches across the business, building and collaborating with commercial, IT/ digital and operation functions amongst others. You will also build and work closely with world leading external partners
The Proposition & Innovation team are responsible for delivering the commercial performance of the airline’s ancillary products today whilst helping the business prepare and shape the future. Ancillary revenue makes up a +£2bn business so what we do isn’t ‘ancillary’, it’s core to the airline and our profitability. It’s our job to have an end-to-end commercial product that attracts people to the airline and makes them come back for more.
What you’ll be doing:
Proposition & Innovation is critical to how we move the airline forward. It’s more than just retaining our competitive advantage, it’s the way we disrupt and lead the industry. Our ambition is to grow our existing revenue streams as well as identify and build new products and propositions that build substantial new revenue streams for the business.

This role will support on the development and delivery of easyJet’s long-term strategy. Working closely with strategy and customer teams, you will help to ensure that the strategy is built on a strong foundation of consumer insight and is coherent with easyJet’s broader product suite.
Alongside this, the role serves as the commercial lead within the small change delivery process, supporting the prioritisation of in-year commercial deliverables
You will be accountable for recommending commercial, ancillary and proposition policies based on customer insight and financial data

What you will need to do this role:
You will be a customer obsessed and commercial focussed individual, who can lead and influence a matrix of stakeholders to deliver objectives with the ability to interrogate and optimise economics, insights, competitor, and market trends,
In addition you will need to be able to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact to a diverse stakeholder group and be able to coordinate complex cross-functional teams to deliver results at pace and often under pressure.

Location & Hours of Work
We typically get together 2-3 times a week at our head office at Luton Airport
