Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Admissions Officer Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the panning, co-ordination and delivery of the Undergraduate Admission process. This will include:
Organising Interviews
Dealing responsively, courteously and helpfully with admissions queries
Administration relating to offer-holders ahead of their arrival as new Students
Assisting with the development, implementation and assessment of the Undergraduate access and admissions strategy
Liaising with tutors and organising their admissions training
Maintaining databases and processing applications
Preparing correspondence relating to applications and offers
Admissions related record keeping and data management
Updating and developing website content
Participating in Admissions related talks and events...
