We have an exceptional opportunity for a visionary Executive Director for People and Corporate Services (EDPCS) to join our leadership team and help build a supportive, inclusive environment for our workforce. As a critical executive team member, the EDPCS will drive workforce strategy, lead on corporate functions including governance, communications and participation, legal, complaints and IT and ensure our systems and processes empower our teams to achieve the best outcomes for the people of North East London.
Our mission at NEL ICB is to build an integrated, resilient health and care system where every resident can access high-quality, compassionate care, and experience improved health and wellbeing.
