The Role – Social Media Manager:
Social media is key to our plans for future growth, and this vital role ideal for an experienced Social Media Manager will involve planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy in order to improve brand awareness, increase marketing efforts, enhance client partnerships, drive subscriptions, and ultimately boost sales.
The position will be based in our friendly and relaxed Norwich office, providing an excellent working environment and significant day to day autonomy.
Person Specification:
1. 2+ years of social media management experience
2. Detailed knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms
3. Excellent understanding of social media management best-practice strategy, processes, and tools
4. Able to think imaginatively with content creation
5. Experience of working with SEO and web traffic metrics
6. Familiarity with web design and publishing
7. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
8. A team player with strong work ethic
9. High level of organisation and multi-tasking skills
10. Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
